We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll work with you.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Fragrances, earrings, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Process

Email us or use the Contact page with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
